Schedule
The Boiling Spring Lakes Fire Department is committed to communicating with the public. You are invited and allowed to attend and participate in our board meetings, located at the main station of our Department.
Board Meeting Schedule
Because our neighbors, friends, and family members contribute to the operations of this Department through taxpayer contributions, the Board of Directors and our Department’s management are committed to being as transparent as possible with you all. Our Department allows the public to attend and participate in the following meetings, located at the main station of this fire department.
Quarterly Meeting
Meetings are held once a quarter at the headquarters station. Typically the third Thursday of the first month of the quarter starting at 7 p.m.
- Call the Meeting to Order;
- Roll call by the Secretary of the Board;
- Approval of the minutes of the last annual meeting;
- Approval of the Treasurer’s Report;
- Fire Chief’s Report to the Board;
- Appointments/Elections of Board Members, if applicable;
- Election of Board Officers, if applicable;
- Old Business;
- New Business;
- Public Comment Time;
- Adjournment.
